1. About the site

This website sells digital products — products, templates, source code, and creative assets. All products are delivered digitally (via chat + Google Drive download links). We do not ship physical goods.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have your legal guardian's consent) and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is accepted via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, bank apps) directly or through our Razorpay UPI checkout when live.
• Payment must be made in full before we release the download link.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Order confirmation & delivery

• After we verify your payment (manually or automatically via Razorpay), we send the download link in your chat window.
• Manual verification typically takes 5–30 minutes during business hours.
• Automatic verification via Razorpay is instant.
• You can re-open the chat any time to retrieve your download links.

5. License & usage rights

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, every bundle purchased from us includes:

• Commercial use license — use in client work & commercial projects
• Unlimited projects — no per-project fees
• Lifetime access — download whenever you need

What you cannot do:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw files with anyone else
• Upload the files to any public repository, torrent, or cloud share
• Claim the assets as your own original creation
• Use the files to compete against AK Digital Store or create a similar marketplace

6. Refunds

All sales are final. See our full Refund Policy for details on when we replace or re-send products.

7. Fraud & chargebacks

We prosecute fraudulent chargebacks. Filing a payment dispute after receiving a working download link is a violation of these terms and may result in:

• Immediate revocation of all download links
• Permanent IP, phone, and email block
• Formal complaint to the payment gateway and, if warranted, the police

8. Product accuracy

We do our best to accurately describe every product (item counts, formats, features). Screenshots and demos are representative but may differ slightly from the final files. Contact us before purchase if you have any doubt — we're happy to share a sample.

9. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall Ak Digital Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance in the chat widget.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion — including but not limited to fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
