Ak Digital Services ("we", "us", "our") operates the website hosting AK Digital Store. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we use it. We keep it in plain English — no legal jargon.
1. Information we collect
Automatically (all visitors):
- Browser type, device type, screen size
- IP address (for fraud prevention & region detection)
- Pages you visit & time spent
- Referrer URL (which site sent you here)
- Anonymous visitor ID (stored in a cookie, valid ~1 year)
When you chat with us:
- Messages you send us
- Any files/screenshots you upload (payment proofs, etc.)
- Optional: name, email, phone (only if you provide them)
When you place an order:
- UPI transaction reference (UTR) — to verify your payment
- Order history (which bundles, quantities, amounts)
- Delivery confirmations (download timestamps)
What we do NOT collect:
- Credit / debit card numbers (Razorpay handles these; we never see them)
- UPI PIN or bank credentials (you enter them in your UPI app, never on our site)
- Aadhaar, PAN, or any government ID
2. How we use your information
- To fulfill your order (verify payment, send download links)
- To reply to your support questions
- To send transactional notifications (order confirmation, payment received, follow-ups)
- To detect & prevent fraud (bot chat abuse, screenshot re-use, chargebacks)
- To improve our products & site (aggregate analytics only, never individual tracking)
3. Third-party services we use

4. Cookies
We use three cookies:

No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
5. How we protect your data
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
- API keys and payment secrets are stored using AES-256 encryption
- Passwords (admin only) use bcrypt hashing
- Database is protected by hosting provider firewalls
- No customer credit card data is ever stored on our servers
6. Your rights
- Right to access — request a copy of your data via support@akdigitalservices.com
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your chat history, orders, and visitor record
- Right to opt out — disable push notifications any time in your browser settings
We respond to all such requests within 7 working days.
7. Data retention
- Chat history: retained indefinitely so you can look up your download links later
- Order records: retained 7 years for tax/legal compliance
- Visitor IPs: retained 90 days
- Payment screenshots: retained until order is fulfilled + 90 days
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current revision. Material changes will be announced in a chat notification.
