Refund & Return Policy

All products sold on AK Digital Store are digital goods (products, templates, source code, fonts, images, and similar downloadable assets). Once a download link has been shared with the customer, the product cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.

Our refund policy — in one line

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been delivered.

Why no refunds?

Because digital files can be copied, downloaded, and used indefinitely, returning or "un-purchasing" them is technically impossible. This is a standard industry policy across every legitimate digital marketplace (Envato, Creative Market, Adobe Stock, etc.).

When we will replace / re-send (not refund)

We stand behind every product we sell. If any of the below happens, contact us and we'll fix it — free of charge:

  • The download link is broken, expired, or returns an error
  • The files inside the product are corrupted or unopenable
  • You received a different bundle than the one you paid for
  • Files are missing from the promised inventory (e.g., we advertised 500 items and delivered 300)

In these cases we will re-send corrected files or replace the product. No refund is issued — we simply deliver what you paid for.

Payment issues (not refunds)

These are payment adjustments, not refunds — and they will be processed instantly via UPI:

  • Double payment — you accidentally paid twice for the same order → we refund the duplicate amount
  • Overpayment — you paid more than the invoice amount → we refund the excess
  • Payment made but order never delivered — full refund within 24 hours

To request a payment adjustment, share your UPI transaction UTR / reference number in chat.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a delivered digital product is considered fraud (both by RBI & Razorpay guidelines). We reserve the right to permanently block the customer's IP, phone, and email; revoke access to any downloads previously received; and file a formal complaint with the payment gateway.

How to raise a support request

Open our Contact page or click the chat button on any page. Provide:

  1. Order number (e.g., ORD-20260227-1234)
  2. UPI transaction UTR / reference number
  3. Description of the issue (screenshot helps)

We reply during business hours (Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST) — typically within 30 minutes.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
