AK Digital Store sells 100% digital products. There is no physical shipping involved. This policy describes how and when your digital purchase is delivered.
Delivery in one line
You receive your Google Drive download link directly in the chat window on our site — usually within 5–30 minutes of payment, sometimes instantly.

- Files: ZIP, PSD, AI, CDR, Figma, PDF, PNG, JPG, and similar formats depending on the product

Failed delivery / no link received?
If you paid but haven't received a link within the timeframes above:
- Refresh the chat window (bottom-right)
- Scroll to the top of the chat — the link may already be there
- If still missing, share your UPI transaction UTR/reference number in chat
- We'll manually verify and re-send within 30 minutes
Link accessibility
- Links are hosted on Google Drive with public read access
- Links do not expire — you can re-download anytime
- Bookmark the chat window (or leave the tab open) to save your links
- Files can be downloaded to any device — mobile, laptop, tablet
File size & format
Bundle sizes typically range from 50 MB to 5 GB. Very large bundles are split into multiple ZIPs. Make sure you have enough disk space and a stable internet connection before starting the download.
International orders
Since all our products are digital and delivered via chat + Google Drive, they can be received anywhere in the world. However, our payment gateway currently accepts only Indian UPI transactions. International customers should contact us before purchase.
